Join us again this Thursday evening, Nov. 29th, at DeSales Plaza for Stories Around the Urban Campfire (hosted by UrbanCincy and Teilen). Whether you enjoy telling stories yourself or just feel like roasting some s’mores (bring your own supplies) and listening to a good tale, please stop by! According to UrbanCincy owner Randy Simes, the first storytelling event “received very positive feedback from the small, neighborhood businesses involved”. This Thursday is another great opportunity to support these small businesses while at the same time hanging out with other neighborhood residents around the warm fire. As with the last urban campfire on Nov. 8th, there will be food and drinks available for purchase from Suzie Wong’s and Cafe DeSales. The event (corner of Woodburn and Madison) will begin at 6:30pm and wrap up by around 8pm. Those interested in telling a story are encouraged to contact urbancincy@gmail.com or joewessels@gmail.com with their name and story topic ahead of time.
