The Cincinnati Street Food Festival 2013, this past Saturday, October 12th, was a massive success, exceeding our attendance expectations. But it was also a truly special day for the neighborhood; a celebration of our history, diversity and plans for the future. We could keep trying to describe it with words, but this beautifully done short film might do a better job:
17 Food Trucks and Carts, local beer, free live music, arts activities for the whole family, perfect weather. Summer isn’t over ’til the Cincinnati Street Food Festival in Walnut Hills! See you all tomorrow!
Here it is, the final musical entertainment list for the Cincinnati Street Food Festival! These fantastic artists and groups, assembled by The Greenwich (2442 Gilbert Ave), will be playing the main stage all day long in the order listed below. It all happens Saturday, October 12th, on McMillan St. at Stanton Ave. in Walnut Hills and it’s completely free! Don’t let you or your friends and neighbors miss this rare collection of incredible Cincinnati musicians pass you by. Come to grab a bite to eat and enjoy the shows!
The Cincinnati Street Food Festival (CSFF) is less than a month away! This yearly community event in Walnut Hills is a family-friendly festival featuring more than a dozen of Cincinnati’s most popular food trucks, local Mt. Carmel beer, and free live music and interactive art for all residents of the neighborhood and the city.
Needless to say, the Cincinnati Street Food Festival (CSFF) costs money, so we are asking for your help to make it happen. BUT this isn’t just any old request for donations; we’re doing this Indiegogo-style. That means you can quickly and easily donate online and then claim some cool Festival-related rewards! Any proceeds beyond the cost of the festival will be used to support future development and neighborhood events through WHRF.
One of the coolest things about this crowd-funding is that the Haile Foundation has agreed to match any amount up to $2,500. That means whatever you give is essentially doubled. Click HERE for the Indiegogo crowdfunding page.
Finally, if you can’t give money, we’d love your help as a volunteer on festival day (and you’ll get an official CSFF volunteer t-shirt for free)! To sign up visit www.cincystreetfoodfest.com. And THANK YOU!
$15 = I [HEART] Walnut Hills Sticker This is the easiest way to contribute, and in return we’ll help you tell the world how much you love this neighborhood! And really, any amount goes a long way towards making this neighborhood event just plain awesome.
$30 = T-Shirt + Food Truck Sticker Destined to become one of your most-worn T-shirts, it comes in a cool charcoal color and rocks a striking design. Plus get a nifty, Indiegogo exclusive sticker with the famous food truck logo!
