Cincinnati Development Fund

Description: The Cincinnati Development Fund (CDF) is pleased to announce the Storefront Improvement Fund. The loan fund has been capitalized in part through a generous grant from the Opportunity Finance Network’s “Create Jobs USA” program and is available for developers, landlords and business owners seeking to repopulate vacant or underutilized storefronts in neighborhood business districts.  The loan funds are geared towards community businesses which engage in commercial activity that creates and preserves jobs in low-income, low-wealth, and other disadvantaged communities in CDF’s Investment Area.
