If you’ve walked or driven along East McMillan over the past couple of months, you’ve seen buildings preparing for change. Paramount Square, including the old Will’s Pawn Shop and 915 E. McMillan, is undergoing that change as you read this. Esoteric Brewery will be one of the first tenants in the building.
