Maliana

The rehab of the Maliana began in June of 2016 and will be complete by the end of the year. South Block Properties is developing the property into six one-bedroom apartments with views of Green Man Park that will be within a short walk of Fireside Pizza and Gomez Salsa. The Maliana was built in 1900 and had been vacant for several years.
